The hiring range for this role is:
92,086.00 - 129,145.00This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience within a similar environment
Certifications
Preferred but not required Product owner certification (Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, IT, or business, with emphasis on product design/ development/ implementation
2 years related experience in the health insurance industry
Experience in multi-tasking environment with ability to effectively assist and/or manage multiple projects concurrently; with the ability to function in a team-oriented, cross functional/matrixed environment
Previous success as a Product Owner experience in a dynamic high-technology environment.
Hands-on experience with Agile practices, Scrum process, Kanban etc.
