Our jobs are sourced from a number of places. Employers can list their jobs directly on our website for a small fee, which allows us the greatest control over who we work with. We also use a backfilling service through Google, which allows us to provide job listings from around the web.
All jobs listed directly on our site are guaranteed to be felony friendly, but unfortunately, because we use an aggregator, we cannot guarantee that all jobs on our job board are 100% felony friendly. We pull jobs only from employers who are known to hire people with past felony convictions, so we hope that the vast majority of them are felony friendly.
If you know that one of our job listings is not felony friendly, if the listing has expired, or anything else seems off, please report it to us by emailing report@felonyfriendlyjob.com with the URL to the job listing and any additional details you have.
