We are seeking our new European Graduates!
Starting in October 2024, our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience from day 1. Your personal and professional development will be supported by networking sessions with graduates from other European countries and various trainings, including a six-month development program ‘Making of Champion’ focusing on your leadership skills and attitudes that will enable you to realise more of your potential, achieve meaningful work and personal goals, and develop success habits. All this knowledge and experience will be demonstrated during half-yearly reflection presentations with senior business leaders.
The Graduate Program consists of two assignments:
As part of the 2.5-year program, you will be exposed to a broad range of other business functions including finance, procurement, public relations and logistics. You will be given the opportunity to not only expand your knowledge but also immerse yourself in what it means to be a marketing professional in a multinational organisation and to understand where your career could take you.
At the end of your second assignment, in April 2028, you will be ready to take on a new responsibility and to further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role!

The job posting will be open until 17th November. Afterwards, the selected candidates will be asked to complete an automated video interview. In December, the best-performing candidates will be invited to an assessment centre. We are striving to finalise our recruitment process by the end of December.
Throughout the recruitment process until your start date, there will be regular catch-up calls with the program coordinators and current graduates to answer any questions and provide guidance and further information on your Sony journey. This will also allow you to connect with the other future graduates and start building your network. If you will need to relocate, this is also a great opportunity to gather more information.

Your new office
Based at the Weybridge office, you will enjoy a vibrant and friendly working environment. We have an onsite canteen with a wide range of options available, and a barista style coffee shop. There is a well-provisioned onsite gym run by our own Sony Wellbeing Coordinator, with classes on set days in the mornings, at lunch and after work hours. We have a staff car park which includes electric charging points, an undercover and secure bike rack , or if you will use public transport we have a shuttle bus service that regularly runs between train station and the office at peak times.
