Training:

  • Organize knowledge training for sales staff monthly, quarterly, or any time the dealer needs support for new employees or is required when launching new products.
  • Prepare training materials by topic, sale talk and sales situations.
  • Prepare tests for staffs after the training session and track results.
  • Do a survey about the performance of the training session to improve for the next time.

Workshop:

  • Support KOLs and PICs to organize and guide Workshops (weekdays & weekends) at Sony Store, Sony Center, Camera Dealer (Sample management, customer consulting support, product demo, recap photography...). Follow up with related tasks according to the monthly performance appraisal requirement.
  • Organize and lead small-scale, thematic workshops for loyal customer groups; including building suitable topics, coordinating with departments and Dealer to invite customers to participate, preparing documents and Demo samples, doing surveys about the Workshop, and improving for future sessions)

Content development:

  • Based on the content of documents available from DI MKT, develop personalized documents for training or organizing Workshops
  • Use images, video recaps, raw files to edit and store for use when needed, develop DI toolbox content (sales consulting support tool).
  • Create content for product promotion video clips and social platforms.
  • Support demand creation/cultivation and activation activities, as well as sale event (livestream, product unbox/review, promotional booth...)

Other Task:

  • Schedule a weekly or monthly shop check. (Sales perform, staff knowledge, shop display)
  • Make reports after completing work, results, and future improvements.

What you should have

  • Graduation from university/college or equivalent certificate.
  • Technical skills: strong knowledge of camera technology, including camera, lens, accessories… More than 3 years of experience in relevant area preferred.
  • Good photography and videography skills in various topics (commercial, fashion, portrait, food, street style, landscape, macro…). Proficiency in image & video editing as well.
  • Strong project management skills and flexibility in solving problems.
  • Good training skills with organized workflow, applied strategic and critical thinking in daily jobs.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to different levels of customer (beginner, intermediate & professional)
  • Passionate in camera business. Sociable, active listening and open in delivering inspiring speech to big group of audience.
  • Creative and open-minded towards challenges. Patient and attention to detail.
  • Result oriented and can work independently as well as together with taskforce team.
