Our Automotive Store Manager is a high energy professional who not only leads by example but is also a team player who supports the employees that work for them. An Automotive Store Manager takes on many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring that all employees are adhering to AAMCO policies and procedures.  

Position Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • This is a demanding and important role – you must not be afraid of hard work! 

  • Manage inbound leads as well as customer satisfaction ratings 

  • Generate cold leads and close sales 

  • Meet, greet and recommend services to customers 

  • Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers vehicles’ repairs 

  • Order parts and manage inventory 

  • Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product 

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • Annual salary of $45,000 - 55,000 plus annual bonus structure between $5,000 – $35,000

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience OR equivalent sales/operational experience with a track record of success 

  • Unwavering drive for results 

  • Ability to lead a team 

  • Excellent one-time closing skills 

  • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building 

  • Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level 

  • Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment 

  • Coachable, honest and goal-oriented team player 

  • Must have valid driver's license
